1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "You") and 8c99 ("8c99," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 8c99 online gaming platform accessible at 8c99.club and any associated mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of 8c99, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• You will keep your login credentials strictly confidential and will not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• You will immediately notify 8c99 support upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilSys, driver's license, passport, or Voter's ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Each individual may hold only one (1) 8c99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

8c99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 8c99 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 8c99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines disclosed on the Platform — GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes; bank transfers within the same business day. 8c99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited into 8c99 must be from sources legally belonging to you. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, fraud, or money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
• Currency: All balances, bets, wins, and losses on 8c99 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 8c99 does not currently accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

8c99 reserves the right to reverse any deposit, cancel any pending withdrawal, or freeze an account balance pending investigation if fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8c99 offers promotional bonuses and rewards to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier is specified per promotion.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward bonus rollover completion.
• 8c99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if misuse, fraud, or breach of bonus terms is suspected.
• Members found to be abusing bonuses through coordinated wagering, multi-account bonus claiming, or other prohibited strategies will have bonuses forfeited and may have accounts suspended.

6. Game Rules and Conduct

All games on 8c99 are governed by specific game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. General game conduct requirements include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 8c99 will not reverse a settled wager except in cases of a proven technical malfunction that affected the game outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game round, 8c99 will resolve the bet in accordance with its malfunction policy, which may result in the bet being voided and the stake returned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8c99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 8c99 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8c99.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

8c99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the 8c99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 10. Responsible Gaming

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

8c99 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations. Any regulatory dispute will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

14. Amendments to These Terms

8c99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the Platform or by SMS to your registered mobile number at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
